Plot Summary[]
- Vincent meets Pearl and Luc in Nevada. He was able to trace a message sent from London by the Chaos Veil.
- They go to the telegraph office in London from which the message was sent and find out that the man who gave the message had a German accent, and then went to a hotel gift shop with a package… Klaus?
- They find the package and see that it contains Tara Sai’s shoes, a Golden Mean ring, and directions to the Kingsbridge Pub.
- Pearl is distraught that Klaus could be involved in all of this. Did she ever love him? Does she love Luc?
- They go to the pub and Luc enters. Suddenly, there’s an explosion and the place goes up in flames!
