Dear PP Team, I sincerely hope you read this message, as it is the only way I've found to contact you outside of the game (you've hidden this forum quite well!). Which brings me to the problem at hand:
On March 27, you notified us about an unannounced change within facebook that you weren't prepared for but has since been rectified. I wasn't even aware of the problem until I saw that post. And wouldnt you know, when I went into the app to play, I continuously got the message that "we have detected an error on your device and need to "restart". For several days, I persistantly tapped the "restart" button. Occasionally (and this has been happening since I started playing over a year ago), I would get the message that "an internet connection is required (I have NEVER played using an internet connection!) The bottom line is, with enough taps on that blasted "restart" button, eventually I would be able to play. On Monday, April 2, I was able to get into the game ONE time, at which point I immediately contacted Support. On April 3, I was able to again get in ONE time, and I was only able to read the suggestions sent by Support before the "restart" cycle started again. I implemented their suggestions, to no avail. I also performed several actions on my device that I occasionally need to undertake in order to fix a "lag". But I am not the only person who is having these issues (see the 6.7K comments in your March 27 post, or the comments under the Adventurer's Egg!) so the problem is NOT with my device. It is SO frustrating that you are not communicating with your loyal players! And the "fixes" suggested by support imply that the developers don't even seem to be aware of this issue that so many are having! And what is the point of trying to contact support if I can't even get into the game to talk with them!?! I have had ZERO access since Tuesday, April 3 (and many, MANY thanks for ruining my 385 day playing streak **dripping sarcasm**). Finally, at the suggestion of the PP facebook community, I un/reinstalled the game. Now I get the exact same restart message, only now when I tap that button, the screen becomes faded and frozen, and I have to leave the game. I find these issues BEYOND EXASPERATING!!!
WIll someone PLEASE communicate on facebook that you are even aware of this problem, and an ETA on the fix?!? Additionally, I would appreciate a direct communication to the email address you have on file for me (and please, NOT within the game, since I can't get into the game at all) regarding the issues I've laid out. PS. I tried playing on facebook aa well, which was impossible, as only 3/4 of the loading screen was visible, and there was no way to enter the game. I even downloaded Firefox (per the game page suggestion), and there, I couldn't even find Pearl's Peril!
I am having issues with my Amazon tablet. It starts up and then just kicks me out before the game can even finish loading. I am also connected to Facebook and it still doesn't work. I don't know what else to try and this all started with the new update
So is there a way that you can move certain people up in the game. For instance i have been playing for a while now but i am at the point where every building cost 30,000 coins. I think if you are gonna charge that much for a building you should be able to earn higher amounts of coins to be able to get them. I cant earn enough because each level cost more prestige to move on and i end up buying that just to move on. Just something to think about
